1 - 4 People $225.00/day
Each Additional Person $25.00/day
3 Day Minimum
Oct. 16th - May 14th.
1 - 6 People $205.00/day
3 Day Minimum
Add 10% Resort Tax
Check-in: 3:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am
Deposit of 50% required to hold the condo.
100% due, 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discovery
Other methods of payment: E-Check, Travelers Checks

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing
Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date and receive 50% of deposit back.
Cancel 29 days or less prior to arrival date and forfeit 100% of deposit.
